GOURMET CATERING & BARBECUE is a full service catering company specializing in Texas Style Barbecue. However, we don’t stop there. We can offer you a variety of food products and selections that are second to none.
Most of the products are cooked at least 8 to 12 hours and are so tender that they just fall right off the bone. These fine meats can be served with side dishes that compliment the true Texas atmosphere.
